Prayer Does What Medicine Can Not: How Faith Heals A Dying Cat!
"Could positive prayer heal Bert? I did not know, but it was the only solution available to me at the time. Prayer had brought him to my door, so, I decided to pray for a faith miracle."

Dear Spiritual Traveler,
Many years ago, I was studying the power of positive prayer in preparation for a workshop I was teaching on miracle living. As is often the case, God gave me an opportunity to apply what I was learning in my life. My cat, Bert, had been missing for several days. Bert, a beautiful British Blue, was the descendent of a wild neighborhood cat.
Although we had taken him into our home, he never quite became domesticated. After an absence of several days, I assumed he had found a new home or had been killed by a car. I was ready to abandon any hope of his return when I realized this was the perfect opportunity to practice what I was learning. I wanted Bert to return; therefore, I began to decree this desire in prayer.
Within a few hours Bert appeared at the door. Unfortunately, he was severely injured. I surmised he had been hit by a car based on the injuries to his face and body. He had a huge gash on his face, his tail was broken, and his digestive tract was so traumatized he was not able to control his bowel movements.
I was unable to take him to a vet because he would not let me pick him up. If I touched his belly he cried out in pain. I knew that without medical intervention, Bert's chances of survival were not good.
Could positive prayer heal Bert? I did not know, but it was the only solution available to me at the time. Prayer had brought him to my door, so, I decided to prayer for a miracle.
I began to pray for the restoration of Bert's health. I locked him in the house for several days. He was unable to care for himself, so I fed and cleaned him. I reminded myself that God can do anything, even heal a cat.
In a few days, Bert showed remarkable improvement. His bowels returned to normal; he began to clean himself; and he regained his appetite. I do not know exactly what was wrong with Bert because I did not have him examined by a veternarian. I believed he had been healed of severe internal injuries. In my mind, God had done a miracle. Bert was healed.
Unfortunately, Bert's tail had not yet recovered. You could see the tailbone had been broken by the way his tail curved in the middle. The end of the tail began to die. When I pricked his tail with a pin, he could not feel it.
Everyone I spoke to told me a tail would not heal because the tailbone is similar to brain tissue that does not regenerate. Even a veterinarian who attended our prayer seminar encouraged me to have Bert's tail bobbed.
In the natural, tails do not heal. However, God is not limited to the natural. God can do anything. I knew that God was a miracle working God. If He could bring Bert home to me and heal his internal injuries, He could heal the cat's tail. I began to apply the principles of positive prayer and decreed the healing of Bert's tail.
Over the course of several weeks, Bert's tail showed improvement. The end of the tail began to grow new skin and fur. Bert began to thump his tail on the ground when he was irritated. Eventually, Bert wrapped his tail around his body as he took that regal stance only a cat can take. God had proved His power in a way no one can deny. He healed Bert's tail, an obvious miracle.
I hope you enjoyed reading about this miracle in my life. Use it to inspire miracles in yours.
Have a great day and remember to think positive thoughts.
